Kelly’s professional experience has positioned her as a first-rate strategic and financial advisor. Through her years working as an equity investment analyst, she honed her ability to find profitable investment opportunities by analyzing individual companies’ strategy, competition, cash flows, returns and catalysts, along with market conditions.
More recently as co-founder of PixiesDidIt!, a company dedicated to helping clients organize according to personality type, she gained direct experience in the inherent challenges of managing and marketing a small business — from ensuring customer satisfaction, to managing suppliers, to simply finding decent tech support. Kelly is a people person and skilled analytical thinker with a relentless passion for problem solving who creates actionable strategic plans to increase market reach and profitability.
Kelly co-founded the NY Network in 2007 — a women’s networking group for small businesses —and co-authored “Organize Your Way: Simple Strategies for Every Personality” ‘(Sterling Publishing). She speaks French as a second language, blogs quarterly for Psychology Today, is a trained Myers-Briggs Assessment practitioner and is an active volunteer at the Westside Hunger Campaign and her children’s elementary school, Metropolitan Montessori.
Kelly holds a B.A. in Economic History from Barnard College at Columbia University and an M.B.A from The Tuck School at Dartmouth.
