SUMMER 2025 INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
At TAP, we believe in cultivating the next generation of purpose-driven professionals. Our Summer 2025 Internship Program brings together a select group of undergraduate and graduate students—eight undergraduates and one MBA candidate—for a hands-on, high-impact experience that advances TAP’s mission to support small business success.
Each intern is paired with a dedicated TAP staff sponsor for one one-on-one mentorship and project-based work. Interns contribute across a range of focus areas including marketing, technology, strategy, scalable content, business development, fundraising and campaigns, and operations. These real-world assignments are designed to build both hard and soft skills while making meaningful contributions to TAP’s internal initiatives and external impact.
Over the course of eight weeks, interns participate in weekly cohort sessions, receive structured onboarding, and gain exposure to TAP’s nonprofit consulting model. The program begins with a group orientation and case study presentation, setting the tone for an engaging and collaborative summer.
The experience culminates in a final Insights and Takeaways presentation, where each intern shares the results of their project and reflects on their growth. This closing moment captures the essence of the program’s mission: to foster learning, fuel professional development, and give back through service-driven work.
