Amy Berardi is a seasoned marketing leader with over 20 years of experience in the luxury, retail, and hospitality sectors across North and South America. She is a native English speaker, fluent in Portuguese, and proficient in Spanish, enabling her to successfully launch and expand brands such as Tory Burch and Kenzo in key international markets, including Brazil, the United States, and the Caribbean.
During her tenure at multinational companies like LVMH (Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton) and Heinemann Americas, Amy gained expertise in international product development and launch strategies. Her diverse experience spans fashion, beauty, travel retail, and hospitality, overseeing functions such as branding, content creation, digital marketing, e-commerce, and visual merchandising. She is proficient in tools such as Salesforce, WordPress, Adobe InDesign, and Shopify, and has managed website development projects, enhancing online presence and user engagement.
In addition to her corporate roles, Amy is committed to community service. She has served on the board of CISV International's Florida chapter, holding positions such as Secretary, Vice President, and Webmaster. Amy volunteers with The Acceleration Project, advising small businesses, particularly those led by women and entrepreneurs of color, on customer acquisition and digital strategies. She also shares her insights as a guest speaker at the University of Illinois' Gies College of Business, discussing topics like intercultural competencies and brand management.
Amy holds a BS in Marketing with a Minor in Spanish from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
