Since joining TAP in 2016, Loree’s engagements have been professionally fulfilling for her. She has had the opportunity to see her work make a direct and positive impact on the growth of local small businesses. Both clients Loree has worked with were at critical junctures in their business life cycle where TAP’s expertise was invaluable to help propel them forward. Loree has worked with clients to help them develop competitive strategies to succeed in both brick and mortar stores, and the online marketplace. Through TAP Loree hopes to keep honing and updating her skills.
Loree has a wealth of experience in the consumer packaged goods industry, managing multiple projects, launching new products and leading cross-functional teams. She has also worked in the food & beverage sector and the cosmetics industry.

More about Loree:
When she’s not busy with her TAP work or raising her children, Loree has enjoyed leading committees at her children’s schools. In her free time, Loree enjoys cooking, reading and spinning. She has recently discovered a new love of podcasts.
Since joining TAP in 2016, Kristina has helped several local businesses in the restaurant industry. She especially enjoys working with clients to help them optimize their social media outreach.
Marketing & Communications

More about Kristina:
Kristina has an extensive background working in the banking industry, with a focus on marketing and communications. Originally from Denmark, Kristina moved to the area over two years ago. Kristina enjoys the balance she experiences working with TAP - to utilize her background and skills while maintaining time for her family. Kristina feels her experience helping small businesses with TAP will be instrumental as she embarks on launching her own small business.
Amy joined TAP in 2016. As a TAP consultant, she has played a pivotal role in the recent successful launch of the farmer's market in Scarsdale Village. Amy has done extensive work on our Scarsdale 2020 project - an initiative to help local property owners and merchants come together to help revitalize Scarsdale Village. Amy’s work with both new and long-time retailers in Scarsdale has been well-received, including the creation of a New Merchant Handbook and the utilization of empty storefronts as pop-up shops.
“I’ve truly enjoyed working with an incredible group of women who inspire me to bring my experience and knowledge out of dormancy, and put it towards good causes. I've really enjoyed helping to promote the Farmers Market and other new businesses in town.” - Amy Nadasdi.
Amy has an extensive background in architecture, design and real estate. She also has experience in change management, leading organizations through changes to both their culture and business models, as well as their physical environment.
In her spare time Amy loves to play tennis and she is an avid fan of the sport. When she can find time Amy also enjoys painting.
Dalya joined TAP in 2016. She is actively involved in TAP's Scarsdale 2020 project, which has run focus groups and conducted research to identify the trends and demographics of Scarsdale restaurant patrons and shoppers. This project has helped village property owners and merchants understand the needs of today's consumers, and has helped to identify potential tenants.

Dalya has an extensive legal background in commercial law. She also worked on a New York City task force against organized crime. Locally, she's been actively involved in the community, working with Scarsdale PTAs and other charitable organizations.
A little known fact about Dalya - she is a pianist and recently played in her first concert in almost three decades at Hoff Barthelson Music School.
Claudia joined TAP in 2016 and has already worked with several local businesses. Through TAP Claudia enjoys keeping her skills updated, opportunities for public speaking, and working with like minded people who share the common goal of helping small businesses succeed.
“Each client has their own personal and business struggles, being able to understand them and serve as a sounding board for their ideas, strengths, weaknesses and fears is very important to me. They own their weaknesses, and they want to do something about them, being part of that is very energizing.” - Claudia Uribe.
Claudia has an extensive background that includes pharmaceuticals, education and the banking sector. When she’s not busy with her work at TAP, or her family, Claudia loves practicing yoga & playing tennis!
