Kathy Knudsen has spent the last 30 years driving revenue growth both personally and by managing sales teams in entrepreneurial environments within the capital markets, real estate, technology, financial services, and the legal industries. Kathy has built, led and restructured diversified sales teams in intensely competitive environments while also identifying new revenue opportunities and contributing directly to revenue growth. Kathy is passionate about establishing strong professional relationships both within organizations and externally with clients and prospects. Kathy is a thoughtful and effective negotiator, combining both financial acumen with her legal training to tailor solutions to meet both company and client priorities.
Most recently, Kathy held the positions of Global Head of Sales and Head of Americas Sales at BCA Research and NDR Research, both leading macro-economic research firms, where she was instrumental in combining the two organizations and increasing growth in new business and recurring subscriptions. Prior to that role, Kathy was the Head of Sales for the Americas at Fitch Solutions, a top research and ratings firm, where she restructured an underperforming sales team that resulted in increased revenue by 23%, bringing the department to over $68 Million in annual revenue over her 5+ year tenure. Prior to Fitch, Kathy was Vice President of Account Management at Reis, a commercial real estate data and research firm, where she created the Account Management department and grew revenue over 500% during her tenure, which was ultimately sold to Moody’s Analytics. Prior to Reis, Kathy was President at IAM Consulting Inc., a $2M Java Training and Consulting firm. After receiving her Law degree from Brooklyn Law School, Kathy began her career at AXA Financial and Lawstreet.com.
Outside of work, Kathy loves to play pickleball, exercise, play with her dog and spend time with her husband and 3 children.
