SHRUSHTI MANIKANDAN
Shrushti works in investing at Insight Partners where she evaluates venture and growth stage software investment opportunities and helps portfolio companies scale. She has prior internship experience in product management at Microsoft and Splunk.
Shrushti is also involved in Insight Partners’ social impact arm, Insight Impact, through which she has led high impact local volunteering initiatives.
Additionally, Shrushti has been involved with TAP since 2024 as a consultant working with small business owners to tackle the challenges of running a business. Shrushti graduated from the University of Pennsylvania as a Ben Franklin Scholar with honors where she studied Computer Science and Economics.
