STRATEGIC ADVISORY PROGRAMThe Strategic Advisory Program (SAP) is our signature offering. In this program, two TAP consultants are carefully selected to work with a business owner based on intersecting needs and skillsets. Our consultants work closely with clients to guide them through timely issues related to their business growth. SAPs are structured as either two, four or six-session engagements. Each coaching session has set agendas and meeting summaries. TAP develops customized tools based on the client’s unique challenges and goals and provides clients with a detailed action plan which includes strategies, tactics and deadlines to achieve self-identified short and long-term goals.
