STRATEGIC ADVISORY PROGRAMThe Strategic Advisory Program (SAP) is our signature offering. In this program, a team of TAP consultants is matched with a business based on intersecting needs and skillsets. Our consultants work closely with clients to guide them through timely issues related to their business growth. This engagement offers clients a minimum of 40 hours of service, over the course of several structured sessions, with set agendas and meeting summaries. TAP develops customized tools based on the client’s unique challenges and goals and provides clients with a detailed action plan which includes strategies, tactics and deadlines to achieve self-identified short and long-term goals.
