MAUD BROWN
Maud Brown is a Private Equity investor with deep international experience, having split her career between Europe and the US. Today, Maud is a Partner at PAI Partners, where she leads the firm's US activities. Since joining PAI in 2019, Maud has overseen PAI’s North American investment activity, growing the team and building PAI’s US presence. Maud is a member of the PAI’s Investment Committee, Chair of PAI’s Talent Development Committee, and a member of PAI’s Sustainability Committee. She currently sits on the boards of Refresco, Tropicana Brands Group, and Alphia.
She was previously with Investcorp, where she spent more than 18 years, most recently as a Managing Director in New York and a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. She started her career in M&A at Salomon Brothers and Merrill Lynch in London. Maud graduated from ESCP Europe and holds a Master’s in Corporate Law from the University Paris XI.
