The Senior Manager of Campaigns and Events sits at the center of TAP's growth, visibility, and fundraising strategy. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Development, you will take ownership of producing signature events, leading multi-channel fundraising campaigns, and cultivating key sponsor and donor relationships in close collaboration with senior leadership, Board members, and cross-functional teams. This is a full-time, primarily remote, high-impact, hands-on role where every campaign you launch, event you execute, and dollar you raise translates directly into real opportunity for under-resourced entrepreneurs across the country. Candidates must be based in the United States. Proximity to the New York City metro area is strongly preferred to facilitate local event execution and donor meetings.

TAP is seeking a strategic, results-driven Senior Development Manager to lead and drive the growth of our national fundraising program. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will take ownership of identifying, cultivating, and securing foundation, corporate, institutional, and major donor funding. This is a hands-on, execution-oriented role with direct accountability for a portfolio of funders and real opportunity to shape TAP's fundraising strategy. TAP is actively building its development function, and the Senior Development Manager role is designed to grow with it. The right candidate is an experienced fundraiser and compelling writer who is genuinely motivated by TAP's mission, and this role provides a direct path to senior leadership as the team and portfolio scale.
