This is a highly visible, externally facing role for someone who thrives on connection, momentum, and results. You will lead the development of TAP’s small-business pipeline by cultivating partnerships with community organizations, CDFIs, SBA resource partners, chambers of commerce, and other mission-aligned networks. Director of Campaigns and Events

The Director of Campaigns and Events at The Acceleration Project (TAP) sits at the center of TAP's growth and visibility, and of work that genuinely matters. Reporting to the Vice President of Development, you will lead multi-channel fundraising campaigns, manage signature events, and cultivate key donor and sponsorship relationships in close collaboration with senior leadership, Board members, and cross-functional staff. Every dollar you raise, every event you produce, every donor relationship you build translates directly into opportunity for entrepreneurs who need it most. Associate Director of Technology & AI Operations

TAP is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and mission-driven Associate Director, Technology & AI Operations, to strengthen and scale our digital infrastructure. Reporting to the Senior Director of Technology, this role serves as a cross-functional systems operator - ensuring that TAP’s technology stack, CRM, data infrastructure, and AI workflows effectively support Growth, Service Delivery, Talent, and Operations. This is a hands-on role with increasing strategic exposure. You will both maintain core systems and implement improvements that drive efficiency, data quality, and scalable impact. Associate Director of Service Delivery - Scalable & Digital Content

TAP is looking for a highly skilled, creative Associate Director of Service Delivery to own the way TAP delivers knowledge at scale through webinars, workshops, post-webinar coaching, asynchronous learning, and more. Reporting to the Senior Director of Scalable Content, you will develop and deliver powerful scalable content — slide decks, async materials, documents, and tools across marketing, finance, operations, and strategy — built for multi-business settings and adaptable for diverse partners. You will take the wheel on TAP's monthly open webinar series, owning topic selection, presenter coordination, scheduling, and content development from start to finish, and build and manage digital courses end-to-end on Circle, from scoping and curriculum design through production and publication. You will use AI to draft, iterate, and adapt content faster across all formats and partner variations. This is a full-time, primarily remote position (40 hours/week) with occasional in-person opportunities in the NYC metro area. Bachelor's degree and minimum three years of professional experience required.

Director of Growth - CA

TAP is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Growth – CA (DoG) to support the Chief Growth Officer in achieving TAP’s growth goals by expanding revenue streams and building client pipelines in California. The DoG will strengthen TAP’s presence across the California small business ecosystem by cultivating and managing partnerships, including those with national reach, to advance TAP’s client and fundraising objectives. This role also supports consultant recruitment for the Talent team and oversees tracking and reporting of California performance metrics. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal, communication, and strategic thinking skills, a proven track record in partnership or business development, and the ability to manage complex projects and foster collaboration. Based in California, this full-time, flexible, field-oriented role (40 hours/week) requires regular in-person engagement with partners and community members, occasional evening events, and travel within California and approximately twice per year to the New York City area. Preference will be given to candidates based in the Bay Area.
