Associate Director of People Operations

TAP is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and mission-driven Associate Director of People Operations to help build, execute, and continuously improve the systems that support our people—employees and pro bono consultants alike. Reporting to the Senior Director of People Operations, this role plays a critical hands-on role across the full people lifecycle. You will own day-to-day coordination and execution while partnering closely with senior leadership to ensure TAP’s people and talent operations run smoothly, consistently, and in alignment with our mission and values. This is an ideal role for an early- to mid-career People Operations professional who enjoys building systems, working cross-functionally, and using data to improve employee and consultant experiences in a growing, mission-driven organization. This is a full-time, remote-first NYC metro-area position, with at least one in-person management team meeting per month and company-wide retreats up to twice per year in Westchester County. Candidates must reside in the NYC metro area.

Executive Assistant to the CEO

TAP is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and mission-driven Executive Assistant to the CEO to support executive leadership and strengthen day-to-day operations at a growing national nonprofit. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, this role provides high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO while partnering closely on internal processes, project coordination, and strategic initiatives. You will help drive executive efficiency, ensure strong follow-through across priorities, and support cross-functional work that advances TAP’s mission. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is excited to learn, grow, and gain hands-on exposure to nonprofit leadership and operations. You will work closely with—and receive mentorship from—the CEO, COO, and Chief of Staff while developing foundational skills in project management, executive support, and organizational leadership. This is a full-time, remote-first NYC metro-area position, with at least one in-person management team meeting per month and company-wide retreats up to twice per year in Westchester County. Director of Development

TAP is seeking an experienced, relationship-driven, and entrepreneurial Director of Development to help lead the next phase of our organizational growth. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a rapidly scaling nonprofit, expand our national funding footprint, and build deep partnerships with foundations, corporations, and major donors who care about economic inclusion. The Director of Development will report to the Chief Development Officer and work closely with senior leadership and TAP’s Board. The role is ideal for a strategic fundraiser who loves building something, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants their work to directly influence the trajectory of the organization. This is a full-time, remote-first NYC metro-area position with 2 monthly in-person leadership meetings and periodic travel for donor meetings, conferences, and fundraising events.
