ALLISON DEVORE
Allison is a social enterprise advisor and investor. She has over 30 years of experience in the business, corporate social responsibility, and philanthropic sectors. She started her career at Accenture and SFCG/KPMG and then CitySoft, Inc., recipient of MIT’s Socially Responsible Business Award. Additionally, Allison worked for the Center For Women and Enterprise, and led business development at Verite, the Skoll awarded non-profit guiding socially responsible companies worldwide. Allison previously served as a board member and Executive Director of StreetWise Partners. She monitored South Africa’s 1999 elections, participated in the White House’s launch of the Social Innovation Fund, and served as a Harvard Business School/McKinsey & Co Nonprofit Performance fellow.
She’s been an advisor to Investing in Media that Matters – at Sundance, GlobalGirl Media, New Profit’s America Forward, Stanford’s Responsible Supply Chains Conference, Jumpstart, MoMath, and the U.S. State Department’s President’s Interagency Council on Women, among others. Allison currently serves on the boards of Consult Your Community, Advisory Council of NYC First Robotics, Advisory Board of Spark MicroGrants, the Harvard Kennedy School's Women's Leadership Board, and the Advisory Council of the John Hopkins Center for Talented Youth.
