TAP 2024 HONOREE
TAP’s work depends on so many people. Nothing we do would be possible without the steadfast support of its amazing Partners and Benefactors. It is incredibly difficult to select just one person, one partnership from one company to honor each year. If anything, our TAP Honoree Awards will eventually be the annual recognition of each of our biggest supporters.
For our Inaugural TAP Honoree Award, we chose Samantha (Sam) Saperstein, head of Business Growth and Entrepreneurship within the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) organization at JPMorgan Chase. She also runs the Women on the Move DEI Center of Excellence at the bank. Women on the Move is a global team that focuses on providing equitable pathways to opportunities for women in their careers, personal finances, and businesses and has been a loyal partner to TAP with our Curated Coaching program. It’s been a huge success for TAP. We help thousands of entrepreneurs around the country during these Curated Coaching sessions and in addition, it even serves as a pipeline for us to give more in depth strength advice to small business owners, one of our main bailiwicks. We are incredibly fortunate to have found a champion like Sam and this award serves as a recognition of the work she has done for TAP and a small token of our appreciation for all that she has done and continues to do for us!
