TAP serves clients who:

Have been generating revenues for at least 12 months
Are at critical juncture in their business life cycle when strategic advice can significantly impact future success
Exhibit the motivation and skills to make changes to their business
Demonstrate financial need for affordable services, but have the ability to pay a nominal program fee
Have the time to engage actively with consultants
Operate with limited resources
