CAROL CAMPILI
DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
Carol began her career in Boston at Arthur Anderson & Co in the Entrepreneurial Services Group servicing clients, mostly in the high growth tech industry, with audit, tax and software consulting services. After moving to New York City, she began working at Ernst & Young LLP in the Audit division where she was responsible for all aspects of client relationships for several top publishing companies and a top ten global advertising firm. As lead Senior Manager, working with several teams of 3-10 staff members, she oversaw the year-end audits of her clients, any due-diligence projects and all SEC reporting requirements, coordinating with over 25 offices worldwide,
In 2010, Carol moved to London, her home for over 10 years. There she joined several local Boards as Treasurer with responsibilities of financial reporting, accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Carol received a BSBA in Accounting from Northeastern University and an MBA with a focus in Finance from Columbia University. She holds an International Certificate in Corporate Finance through Columbia Business School’s Executive Education Program. Carol has passed the CPA exam and was licensed in NY until 2003.
In her free time, she enjoys reading, yoga, cycling and playing Canasta.
