CAROLINA ZAMBRANO

Carolina started her career as a management consultant with Arthur D. Little in the Andean region. She focused on advising clients from diverse industries on strategic, marketing and financial issues. After her MBA, she worked as a Product Planner for Microsoft's Office productivity suite, with focus on Outlook. She led various marketing research projects combining qualitative and quantitative approaches in order to develop comprehensive product requirements. Later at MasterCard, she oversaw global pricing for products and services, and enforced comprehensive due diligence of businesses cases; market dynamics, financial impact, and alignment with internal strategic direction.
Carolina attained a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from Universidad Simon Bolivar in Caracas, Venezuela in 1996. She earned her MBA from MIT Sloan in 2001.
Carolina is an advanced scuba diver with 200+ hours of diving. She pursued a 200-hour Yoga teacher training. She also enjoys tennis, sailing and writing short fictional stories. She lives in Darien, CT with her husband and three children.
