Claudia's professional experience stretches across the nonprofit, public, and private sectors with Fortune 500 companies as well as entrepreneurial businesses. After graduating from Cornell University, she began her career at the National Endowment for the Arts, and worked in development at Americans for the Arts. She also served as the director of development and marketing for a small theater company based in Washington, DC. After earning an MBA at Northwestern University, Claudia worked at General Mills and Kraft Foods in brand management and new product development, acquisitions, and joint ventures. There, she managed billion-dollar businesses such as Crystal Light and Capri Sun, and led new product launches. Claudia also has founded and managed her own business, A is for Art. She joined TAP as a consultant two years ago, and has leveraged her unique professional path and skill set to help clients achieve their goals.
