CLAUDIA URIBE
CHIEF PROGRAM OFFICER
Claudia has helped build TAP’s Service Delivery team since its inception. Her experience as a small business owner, her passion for economic development, and her years as a management consultant have helped her design, create, and lead programming that contributes in impactful ways to small business wealth creation. She works closely with the Chief Growth Officer to find mission-aligned partners to provide services to or co-create programming that contributes to fulfilling partner goals.
Before joining TAP, Claudia co-founded and managed a healthy snacks company in New York. She also gained valuable experience at McKinsey & Co., where she advised companies in various industries, such as healthcare, education, and financial services. Her professional journey also includes consulting in economic development, foreign investment, and the exchange of innovative technology. She is an active member of her community, volunteering on local boards.
Claudia received a Master's in Business Administration and a Master's in International Affairs (with a focus on economic development) from Columbia University in New York. She also received a BSc degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes in Bogota, Colombia.
In her free time, she enjoys playing Paddle and pickle competitively, traveling, drawing, and yoga. A fluent Spanish speaker, Claudia is an active supporter of Don Bosco’s Community Center in Westchester and has helped organize a number of fundraising events and seek donors for their “Adopt a Family” program.
