Ground Floor Co-Working is a coworking space in New Rochelle. TAP consultants helped the owners define their goals and understand how to collaborate to achieve overlapping goals and how to compromise where business goals weren’t aligned.  Furthermore, consultants created a financial model  for different uses of the existing space, and identified action items for acquiring partners and increasing customer visits.
