Company description:
High-end catering company started in 2018. Owners with an entrepreneurial mentality looking to grow revenue by expanding to other business areas, most notably a cafe that will be called A Little Nibble.

Company challenge:
Owners have a lot of ideas but don’t understand financial implications of different opportunities.  Owners struggle to prioritize strategic tasks and optimize the resources.

​TAP solution/key issues discussed:
Helped owners understand concept of profitability of different businesses and customer segments, as well as marketing implications for growing the business.  Introduced the way to organize themselves before adding more resources; the concept of process management, Kaizen, and leveraging application.
