Amber Yusuf

Amber Yusuf has served as the Senior Director of Talent Operations since 2022, and originally joined TAP as a consultant in 2019. 

Prior to TAP, Amber worked for Fintech Startup for 14 years as the Director of Operations. Amber also has experience in mid-sized software firms, where she managed teams of software engineers, product managers and researchers as they developed risk management software for businesses. 

Amber has always been inspired to give back and she is passionate about education. She served 6 years on the Board of Education for the Scarsdale School District, including serving as both the Vice President and President of the Board of Education. 

Amber holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, where she focused her studies on technology. She also holds a BS in Electrical Engineering with a minor in economics from Washington University in St. Louis.
