Andrew Feldstein

Andrew recently retired from a thirty year career in financial markets. Most recently he served as the CEO and Chief

Investment Officer of BlueMountain Capital, an investment firm he co-founded in 2003. BlueMountain initially focused on credit investments but grew into a diversified alternative investment manager with over $20bn assets under management. Andrew sold BlueMountain to Assured Guaranty in 2019. Prior to BlueMountain, Andrew spent a decade at JPMorgan, where he held a variety of roles across the organization, including Head of Structured Credit; Head of High Yield Sales, Trading, and Research; and Head of Global Credit Portfolio.

Andrew holds a BA in Economics from Georgetown University and a JD from Harvard Law

School. He serves as the lead outside director for PNC Financial Services Group and is a member of the Harvard Law School Dean’s Advisory Board.
