Carol Campili

Carol Campili is an accomplished financial executive with more than 30 years of experience in accounting, auditing, financial reporting, and strategic financial management. She began her career with Arthur Andersen in Boston before joining Ernst & Young in New York, where she managed audits, SEC reporting, due diligence projects, and complex global client engagements.

Carol is the Director of Finance at The Acceleration Project (TAP), where she leads financial operations, audit and tax compliance, grant accounting, budgeting, and strategic planning.

The daughter of immigrant small business owners, Carol developed an early appreciation for entrepreneurship and is passionate about helping small businesses thrive. She holds a BSBA in Accounting from Northeastern University, an MBA in Finance from Columbia University, and an International Certificate in Corporate Finance from Columbia Business School Executive Education. Carol is a former New York Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
