Devon Briger

Since joining TAP as a pro bono consultant in 2020 and coming on as an employee in 2021, Devon has been an integral part of the organization.

Devon began her career as an account manager at Microsoft, honing her skills in sales and marketing, before transitioning to a product management role at Kraft Foods. She went on to co-found Project Juice, a health and wellness company specializing in plant-based nutrition, serving as CFO and growing the business to 12 retail locations across California while establishing its eCommerce presence. Her leadership encompassed corporate finance, human resources, retail operations, supply chain, and marketing, giving her firsthand insight into the challenges small businesses face.

Devon serves on the board of Columbia Business School and as Co-Chairman of the Board of Trustees for The Child Mind Institute. She holds a BS in Psychology from the University of Washington and an MBA from Columbia University.
