Doreen Hendley

Doreen is the Director of Corporate Programs at The Acceleration Project (TAP), where she has managed TAP's “TAP Into Momentum” program, serving over 2,500 small business owners annually, for the past two years. Prior to this role, she spent two years as a TAP business consultant working with entrepreneurs across a wide range of industries.

Originally from Ireland and a graduate of Trinity College Dublin, Doreen built a career in sales and marketing leadership,  including 13 years as VP of Sales and Marketing at Olympic Restoration in San Francisco, where she grew sales from $1.9M to $25M, before launching her own photography businesses in Dubai and New York.

It's that lived experience that drew her to TAP,  a place where real-world expertise meets a genuine commitment to making business ownership more accessible.
