Fernando Ojam

Fernando Ojam is an instructional designer and educator with experience creating engaging learning experiences across corporate, higher education, nonprofit, and cultural settings. Beginning his career in editorial publishing, he transitioned into instructional design, designing curricula, e-learning programs, and instructor-led training for large organizations including J.P. Morgan Chase and Mercado Libre, with a focus on onboarding, performance support, and knowledge management.
Beyond corporate work, Fernando teaches publishing and information organization at the University of Buenos Aires and serves as a docent at The Metropolitan Museum of Art, leading interactive, story-driven tours. He is bilingual in Spanish and English with a good command of Portuguese.
Fernando holds a Bachelor's degree in Publishing from the University of Buenos Aires and is completing a Master of Arts in Communication Design. Born and raised in Buenos Aires, he now lives in Manhattan.
