Kyla McLaughlin
Director, Partnerships & Community Engagement

Kyla McLaughlin (she/her) brings over eight years of experience in partnerships, training, and community engagement across nonprofit and education-focused organizations bridging the gap between people in need and culturally-relevant and dignified resources.
Prior to joining The Acceleration Project, Kyla served her community through training and technical assistance opportunities tailored for a variety of constituents, including undocumented immigrants, girls and gender expansive youth, and most recently home-based child care educators. From cultivating 60+ meaningful partnerships with organizations nationwide to overseeing Train-the-Trainer workshops for over 250 partners, which ultimately impacted close to 5,000 students, Kyla is dedicated to building relationship-driven partnerships and lasting engagements that help communities thrive.
Kyla received her B.A. in Sociology and Modern Languages and Literatures from Kenyon College. Kyla is fluent in Spanish.
