Paula’s professional background spans executive operations, strategic coordination, and organizational support across mission-driven and private sector environments. She has worked closely with senior leadership to manage complex priorities, streamline workflows, and strengthen internal communication systems that enable teams to operate effectively and efficiently.

Earlier in her career, Paula supported real estate and finance executives, contributing to marketing initiatives, operational systems, and stakeholder communications. She also worked as a project manager in the health and wellness space, coordinating program launches and improving workflow efficiency. Her background includes academic research and urban planning, where she contributed to data-driven, bilingual reports for public and private stakeholders, as well as collaboration with nonprofit and volunteer-led organizations supporting mission-driven initiatives.

Paula earned her Master’s degree in Urban & Regional Planning and her Bachelor’s degree in Urban Design from Florida Atlantic University, both cum laude. She is certified in Project Management and is fluent in English and Spanish.
