Naomi Azrak

Naomi is the Senior Director of Scalable Content at TAP, overseeing the development of resources that enable consistent, high-quality support for small businesses across TAP’s service delivery formats. She has been with TAP since 2020, serving as a consultant for two years before joining the Management Team. She and the Scalable Team have built a comprehensive content library of decks, worksheets, and videos covering small business topics across marketing, finance, operations, and strategy.

Before TAP, Naomi spent 12 years at JPMorgan in Global Markets, specializing in fixed income derivatives. Her experience spanned derivatives marketing and fixed income sales, where she structured hedging strategies for corporate clients and helped institutional investors, primarily hedge funds, identify market opportunities and execute trades.

She also served as Co-Chair of the Board of Trustees at a Connecticut independent school, overseeing committees focused on strategy, finance, advancement, and facilities. 

Naomi holds a BA in Economics and International Relations from Brown University.
