Naomi Azrak

Naomi's professional experience includes 12 years at JPMorgan in Global Markets, specializing in fixed income derivatives with extensive expertise across G7 fixed income products. Over her career, she worked in both derivatives marketing and fixed income sales, covering corporate clients to structure hedging strategies using derivatives, as well as institutional investor clients, primarily hedge funds, on market opportunities and trade execution.

She also served as Co-Chair of the Board of Trustees at a Connecticut independent school, overseeing committees focused on strategy, finance, advancement, and facilities. Under her leadership, the school successfully executed a merger with another independent school. Additionally, she held various volunteer roles in the Parent Association, including serving as PA President. She also served as Board Finance Director for Westchester County, NY nursery school, where she managed financial planning and budgeting.

At TAP, Naomi and the Scalable Team have developed a comprehensive content library, including presentation decks, worksheets, and videos, covering small business topics in marketing, finance, operations, and strategy. This library is utilized across many of TAP’s service delivery formats.

Naomi received a BA in Economics and International Relations from Brown University.
