Natalia Alarcon
Interim Executive Director

Since joining TAP as a volunteer consultant in 2019, Natalia has been an integral part of the organization.
Natalia began her career as a Financial Analyst at Panamco Indega, Coca-Cola’s bottler in Colombia, before moving into strategic consulting at Arthur D. Little, advising media and consumer goods clients. She later served as a Crisis Management and Communications Advisor at Weber Shandwick, Co-Director of the New York Chapter of Conexión Colombia, and Director of Investor Relations at Palmfund Management, a Latin America-focused private equity firm.
Natalia also led strategy, finance, and customer relations in her own renovation and interior design business, giving her firsthand insight into the challenges small businesses face. She believes entrepreneurship is the most powerful engine of wealth creation and economic mobility and is committed to expanding opportunity for entrepreneurs.
Natalia holds a BA from Universidad de los Andes and a master’s degree in International Affairs from Columbia University. She is fluent in English, French, and Spanish.
