Natalie Rawlinson

Natalie began her career as a credit analyst in banking, evaluating middle-market companies by analyzing financial performance, cash flow, and industry trends to assess credit risk and support lending decisions. She then transitioned into management consulting, helping clients improve operations, increase revenue, identify new opportunities, and develop restructuring plans for companies in financial distress. Across both her banking and consulting careers, Natalie has worked with companies in the entertainment, consumer products, banking, and retail sectors.

Natalie joined TAP as a consultant in 2019 and transitioned to the management team in 2021. She brings strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with deep expertise in finance and strategy. Known for her thoughtful approach and attention to detail, Natalie is passionate about helping entrepreneurs access strategic guidance and build the financial confidence they need to strengthen their businesses, navigate challenges, and achieve sustainable growth. 

Natalie received her BS and MBA from Binghamton University.
