Sabina is a mission-driven strategy and management consultant with 15+ years designing and scaling high-impact programs across economic mobility, innovative finance, and public health for global governments, Fortune-20 executives, and social sector leaders across the US and Middle East.
At PwC in Dubai, she designed and launched a government-backed Innovation Fund and Accelerator, pairing affordable debt financing with the technical assistance regional entrepreneurs needed to grow and sustain their businesses. At Booz Allen Hamilton, she stewarded a collaborative funding model between the FDA and medical device manufacturers to strengthen healthcare cybersecurity. She later ran her own independent advisory practice, gaining firsthand insight into the resilience entrepreneurship demands.
As Vice President, Programs and Operations at TAP, Sabina expands flagship advisory programming and deepens partnerships with philanthropic and ecosystem players.
Sabina holds an MPA from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs and a B.S. from Seton Hall University.
