Tracy Jaffe

Since joining TAP in 2013 as a volunteer consultant, Tracy has been central to its growth. She stepped into her current role as Senior Advisor in June 2026, after serving as Chief Growth Officer from 2022-2026 and Chief Operating Officer from 2015-2022.

Before TAP, Tracy worked in marketing and strategy at American Express, where she maximized customer retention and product profitability and expanded Card acceptance. She began her career in sales with American Airlines’ Sabre unit. Tracy is a skilled relationship builder who employs her strong analytical ability and understanding of customer needs to create and execute winning acquisition and retention strategies.

Tracy's leadership and management skills extend beyond the professional realm. She currently sits on the board of Sanctuary for Families, a NYC nonprofit dedicated to the safety, healing and self-determination of victims of domestic violence and related forms of gender violence. 

Tracy holds an AB in Political Science from Brown University and an MBA from Columbia University.
