Tracy Jaffe

Tracy’s professional expertise has positioned her as a top-notch sales and marketing advisor. As a salesperson for American Airlines Sabre unit, Tracy built market share in travel agencies from Upper Manhattan to Albany, utilizing her sophisticated understanding of the tools required to mobilize an effective sales force. She managed direct marketing channels for American Express, maximizing product profitability, and was part of the team that analyzed and penetrated new industries for Card acceptance. More recently, Tracy worked with startups, building partner relationships and use cases for clients. Tracy is a skilled relationship builder who employs her strong understanding of analytics and customer needs to create winning communication strategies.

Since joining TAP in 2013 as a volunteer consultant, Tracy has played a pivotal role in shaping its evolution from a local nonprofit to a national powerhouse, serving as Chief Operating Officer for seven years before stepping into her current role in 2022.

Tracy's leadership and management skills extend beyond the professional realm. She has actively contributed to various community organizations and served on the boards of several nonprofits, including her current position on the board of Sanctuary for Families, a NYC nonprofit dedicated to the safety, healing and self-determination of victims of domestic violence and related forms of gender violence. As PTA President and President of her district-wide PT Council , Tracy managed budgets in challenging economic conditions, planned and executed events, and represented the organization in public forums. Tracy received an AB in Political Science from Brown University and an MBA from Columbia University. In her free time, she enjoys golf, musical theater, skiing, and spending time with her family.
