LILA KEMPLER
Lila is expected to graduate from Northwestern University with a major in Economics and a minor in English. She is an incoming analyst at Blackrock, where she will work on the Infrastructure Equity and Investor Relations team.
Lila got involved with TAP in 2021 when she was a summer intern for two years in a row. She worked on improving TAP’s Salesforce data, conducted grant research, and worked with the California management team in the early stages of TAP’s expansion. She has dedicated much of her free time to working on social impact projects throughout her education and is so excited to continue being a part of the TAP community.
