LUCY SORRENTINI
Lucy is the Founder and CEO of Impact Consulting, a minority and woman-owned professional services firm headquartered in the New York and New Jersey tri-state area, and focused on leadership and professional development and diversity, equity, and inclusion consulting, coaching, and training. Lucy also serves on the Board of Directors of Columbia Bank and Columbia Financial Inc. in New Jersey. Prior to starting her own firm, Lucy was the executive human resources leader and Chief Diversity Officer at McKinsey and Company and Booz Allen Hamilton. Lucy is a nationally recognized strategy consultant who has been advising organizations on how to re-imagine their workforce for more than two decades.
As a Latina, Bronx, NYC native, Lucy’s passion for inclusion goes beyond business; it is at the heart of who she is and what she cares most about. Her own experiences have influenced her commitment to creating opportunities for underrepresented groups, especially women and communities of color. She serves as the Chair of the Latina Philanthropy Circle and as Strategic Advisor to Girls Inc., where she is dedicated to amplifying the voices of those who often go unheard so they have equal access to opportunities and advancement.
