Malabar USA is a 30 year old high end luxury textile company selling direct to trade.

Challenge
The Malabar brand had taken a major hit in the last 10 years. The new owner acquired the rights to the US business and was looking to TAP for guidance in all aspects of the business.
Solution
The TAP team identified and prioritized Malabar’s key challenges and opportunities in order to direct the owner’s future business decisions. They educated the owner on how to use a cash flow statement to better manage weekly/monthly finances, conducted an opportunity analysis to bring focus to the sell-in process, and leveraged SEO to build traffic to the website.
