DIRECTOR OF TECHNOLOGY
Meredith’s professional expertise has positioned her as a financial advisor with experience in a variety of industries. She began her career with Arthur Andersen, where, as a Certified Public Accountant, she managed all phases of audit engagements for public and private clients with annual revenues ranging from $1.0 million to over $9.0 billion in the energy, defense, and manufacturing industries.
After business school, Meredith joined UBS as an equity research analyst covering the specialty retail apparel sector. There, she published company research reports and broad industry commentary, analyzing current retail conditions and trends in apparel, accessories, and footwear. Additionally, she has extensive experience creating and maintaining complex company financial models, developing detailed valuation and comparable company analysis, and performing financial and operational due diligence with company senior management.
More recently, Meredith has contributed her talents to leading many community organizations and participating on the boards of several nonprofits. Among her numerous roles, she has served as treasurer for several nonprofits, where her responsibilities included managing budgets, planning and executing events, and managing all aspects of the payment interface system.
Meredith received a BS in Commerce with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
