For many, joining TAP is the first professional step after a career break. As consultant Jennifer shared:

“When my third child was born, I decided I wanted to see what it was like to be a stay-at-home mom… but the longer I was out of the workforce, the more I felt my skills got less relevant. I felt very self-conscious.” 

Through TAP’s training sessions, monthly professional development, and real client engagements, she regained her footing.

“What TAP did for me was it gave me my confidence back… It gave me the confidence to know that, okay, I actually can do these jobs.”
