Forward Collective Group is a consulting firm based in Conyers, Georgia, specializing in business transformation, learning design, and executive coaching. Founder Kalyn Romaine grew up in Detroit attending premier magnet schools while navigating a home shaped by instability and hardship. That experience planted a deep determination to build a career defined by purpose and prosperity.


In 2016, tired of stiff, dry workplace culture, Kalyn left her government job in HR  in NYC to start a business helping people and organizations work in a more human way, becoming the first entrepreneur in her family. After gaining momentum in 2020 and building a strong funnel from 2021 to 2023, Kalyn began focusing on growth, international business development, and product strategy.

  • By 2025, revenue was concentrated in B2B and B2G channels, with limited direct-to-consumer sales and stagnant growth. 

  • The business needed stronger visibility, clearer positioning, and targeted messaging.

  • TikTok content needed faster hooks, pacing, and platform-fit fomats.

Impact of TAP:

  • Shifted revenue mix from approximately 90% B2B and B2G to a more diversified model from September 2025 through May 2026, with sales now balanced across B2G, B2B, and D2C at approximately 33% each. 

  • Generated $8,000 in sales in three months from posts created after completing the TAP program. 

  • 100% of sales from January through May 2026 came through social media channels, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. 

  • Increased conversion rates and improved engagement through more intentional, higher-quality content that drove stronger views, direct messages, and audience interaction.
