Arise Physical Therapy is a White Plains, NY-based physical therapy practice offering one-on-one, hands-on care designed to improve outcomes through personalized treatment and modern technology.


Founded by Justin Vaidyan, Arise Physical Therapy was built to fill a gap in the local market for high-quality, individualized care. After losing his job during COVID in 2020, Justin decided to launch his own practice full-time in January 2021. With a background in physical therapy and a clear vision for a more personalized model, he set out to create a clinic where patients could receive focused attention, stronger continuity of care, and access to newer treatment approaches.


CHALLENGES

  • Needed stronger financial projections, cost tracking, and marketing support after opening his office

  • Limited visibility into growth readiness, profitability, and long term planning

  • Early stage operations needed more structure and tools to support informed decision making

  • Created Excel and Google Sheet based financial projection tools that helped Justin evaluate growth opportunities with greater confidence

  • Supported the development of a quarterly marketing plan and provided practical guidance on how to execute it

  • Helped Justin build the systems, structure, and clarity needed to manage the business more strategically


IMPACT OF TAP

  • Increased client volume from 27 to 44 clients over 3 months, reflecting 75% growth

  • Improved profitability and increased pricing from $150 to $175 per session in the early stages of growth

  • Hired a marketing and administrative team member and began building toward additional staffing

  • Implemented QuickBooks for financial management and Keep for lead tracking, automations, and employee notifications

  • Planned targeted digital advertising through Google and Facebook

  • Grew from a solo founder in 2022 to a team of 3 full time and 3 part time staff members by 2025

  • Increased rates from $175 to $250 per hour

  • Expanded monthly sales from approximately $27,000 to $30,000 in 2022 to approximately $65,000 to $70,000 in 2025, while maintaining profitability

  • Continues to track monthly cash flow, use TAP’s financial and budgeting tools, implement quarterly marketing plans, invest in digital marketing, host seminars, and expand services including shockwave therap
