Paula’s professional career in marketing and sales in the US and Argentina has prepared her to become a successful entrepreneur with superb relationship building and project management skills.
Paula began her career in branding and event management in Argentina, successfully implementing programs for companies in the food, fragrance and insurance industries. After moving to the US, she held positions at Janssen Pharmaceutical (of Johnson & Johnson) and the Institute of International Research, both with a focus on product management and employee and sales force training. In 2011, Paula founded Smart Linguists LLC, a Spanish language instruction program for children, in Westchester County, which she successfully sold in 2023. The program offers a variety of Spanish classes, and has 80 students enrolled, on average. At Smart Linguists, she conducted financial planning, marketing, sales, customer service, administration, and oversaw the work of five instructors.
She received a BA in Public Relations from the Universidad Argentina de la Empresa and an MBA from Goizueta Business School, at Emory University.
Paula was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She is a native Spanish speaker and is fluent in Portuguese. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, reading, and traveling.
