Elyse Dub, owner of Insight Onsite, has over 20 years of experience as a psychologist. Her main focus is to help companies create a work environment where employees feel connected. She also offers counseling sessions to executives to teach them the soft skills they need to maintain a supportive organizational culture. Through her work, Elyse is able to increase employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention. Elyse partnered with TAP consultants, Kelly McMenamin and Patti Bernstein, to refine her branding strategy, clarify her value proposition to clients and simplify Insight Onsite's service offerings.
