TAP DEEP DIVETAP's Deep Dive is a four-to-six session program that occurs over approximately two months. Two consultants, paired based on their complementary skillsets, meet weekly with a small business owner to address immediate challenges and position the business for growth. Our consultants work to understand the client's current cash position and identify critical issues. They then recommend tactical action items which may include opportunities to increase revenues, reduce expenses, simplify operations or improve marketing. Consultants will also create customized tools and deliver a short-term action plan to guide decision-making after deep dive.
