UMAC (United Martial Arts Center) is a Tae Kwon Do school that offers programs for children, adults and families. Challenge UMAC needed to develop a client acquisition strategy and a plan to better leverage excess capacity available, especially during the summer. Solution/key points The TAP team worked with the owner to decide how to best utilize their excess capacity in terms of space and hours. TAP suggested a new pricing structure, improvements to their website, and a customer acquisition strategy that would decrease the cost of providing transportation to his studio. |
