Ms. Jacqueline Grace holds a deep passion for mission-driven work and leverages her strategic development and relationship-building skills to advance the impact of organizations and their leaders.

Jacqueline enthusiastically brings to The Acceleration Project three decades of non-profit and corporate leadership experience, including work in the fields of international development, gender equality, health and nutrition, environmental sustainability and restoration, and education and technology.

She began her nonprofit journey in progressive leadership roles, most recently from the Chief Development and Communications Officer at the United Nations-accredited World Conference on Religions for Peace International, the executive director role at the United Nations Global Compact Network USA, and from Keep America Beautiful, where she served as Chief Development Officer. Ms. Grace’s portfolio includes working with multi-national and local corporations, government agencies, foundations, and major and individual donors to build and enhance partnerships, launch strategic initiatives, and grow and diversify revenue streams.

Prior to joining Keep America Beautiful, Ms. Grace was the Chief Development Officer at Wholesome Wave, a national nonprofit focused on affordable access to fruits and vegetables for people in need. Grace has also held senior leadership positions at Girl Scouts of the USA, where she served as Chief of Partnerships overseeing corporate, foundation, and government funding as part of Girl Scouts’ commitment to raise $1 billion for girls, and served as Senior Director of Development and Cause Marketing at Save the Children.

Jacqueline’s private-sector background includes leadership roles in custom education, media, and content partnerships at Scholastic, as well as founding and leading LifeTime Media, a publishing company that produced branded and licensed books with major corporations, NGOs, and global publishers.

Jacqueline earned a Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania, with concentrations in Leadership Coaching and Sustainable Development, as a follow up to her undergraduate studies there, and along with extensive postgraduate training in philanthropy, leadership, and trauma-informed practice. She served on the board of Every Child a Reader, Global Relationship Initiative, and the Rye Arts Center; and she is fluent in English and conversant in French, with emerging skills in Italian and Spanish.

Grace takes to heart the question posed by Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., “What are you doing for others?”
