Kelly Hodulik spent her professional career at Morgan Stanley in the Fixed Income Sales and Trading Division, starting as a Sales Assistant on the Monday Market Desk and working her way up to Vice President on the Short Term Corporate Bond Trading Desk. With her professional career focused on debt securities at the institution level, Kelly has a deep understanding of loan products and cash flow management.
Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from SUNY Binghamton and an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business.

Samantha Garbus
Samantha Garbus spent over 25 years in corporate finance, specializing in complex lending and investment transactions. As Senior Vice President at iStar Inc. (NYSE: STAR), she closed more than $3 billion in deals, including sale-leasebacks, first mortgages, corporate and mezzanine loans, and equity investments across a wide range of industries and collateral types. Her work required deep expertise in credit analysis, structuring, underwriting, and risk assessment-skills directly relevant to helping businesses prepare for and secure financing.
Samantha holds a BA from Brown University and an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business.
