GO JUICY

Go Juicy is a woman-owned cold-pressed juice and wellness beverage brand based in Decatur, Georgia, selling premium juices across five Atlanta-area farmers markets and through wholesale retail partnerships.


Founded by Nadia Fountain, a former attorney who turned to juicing during a personal health crisis, Go Juicy grew from a farmers market startup in 2020 into a $200K+ revenue business, with Nadia leaving her corporate career in 2023 to pursue it full-time.



CHALLENGES

  • No formal marketing strategy or customer segmentation to grow beyond existing farmers market channels

  • Needed a financial model to plan for the transition into an owned production and retail facility

  • Limited visibility into COGS and profitability, making it difficult to plan for scaling

  • Engaged in a TAP Deep Dive from November 2024 through April 2025, focused on marketing strategy and financial planning for growth

  • TAP consultants developed a brand strategy, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation framework to identify and target high-value growth audiences

  • Recommended launching a new website with conversion optimization, paid social campaigns, and influencer partnerships to grow beyond farmers market revenue

  • Built a multi-year pro forma financial model for the planned retail facility, including break-even analysis and a $40K tenant improvement loan repayment plan

  • Monthly sales increased from $16K to $20K/month, driven by farmers market growth, new website sales, and a newly launched subscription service

  • Launched a new website and added direct-to-consumer as a distribution channel, increasing online revenue
