On March 6, 2024, Visionary Women hosted its International Women's Day Summit at Beverly Wilshire, a Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills. The sold-out event drew more than 500 attendees celebrating women making meaningful change across industries and communities.
Among the honorees was Jane Veron, co-founder and CEO of The Acceleration Project (TAP), who received the Visionary Catalyst Prize — an award recognizing leaders whose work creates transformative impact at scale.
About Jane Veron
Jane Veron co-founded TAP in 2012 with a mission to level the playing field for under-resourced small business owners. Under her leadership, TAP has grown into a national nonprofit serving thousands of entrepreneurs across the country — providing free expert consulting in finance, marketing, operations, and strategy through a network of more than 200 volunteer consultants.
Prior to TAP, Jane built her career in strategy and marketing at Bain & Company and American Express. She also served as Mayor of Scarsdale, New York. Jane currently serves on Harvard's Women's Leadership Board, Nonprofit Westchester Board, and the Regional Plan Association Board.
The Visionary Catalyst Prize reflects what Jane has built — an organization that channels untapped talent into meaningful economic impact, one small business at a time.
