His commitment to TAP is quiet but unwavering. As Board Chair, he works behind the scenes to strengthen the foundation that makes TAP’s support of small business owners possible. Regardless of geography, background, or political affiliation, he believes helping people build better lives through entrepreneurship is, at its core, a nonpartisan act. He leads not for the spotlight, but for the outcomes. As he shared in his remarks at the Spring Benefit, he never expected such an outpouring of support. Yet it is exactly that humility, heart, and hands on service that make Peter such a powerful force behind TAP. The truth is, TAP would not be what it is today without his leadership, belief in our mission, and constant push to aim higher.

As Board Chair, Peter has been instrumental in guiding TAP’s growth and impact. He brings the same ethos that defines his work as an attorney, grounded in service, stewardship, and showing up for people. That leadership reflects not only professional acumen but personal conviction. Inspired by his mother, a devoted public school teacher in Brooklyn, and his wife, a lawyer who reentered the workforce after raising their children, Peter has long understood the transformative role women play in both the economy and community.
